No exchange or refund will be entertained once the order is placed. A refund of the amount will be given only to the manufacturing defects.
Please note all items (including gifts if any) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Under any unforeseen circumstances, non-availability of stock/ item is not in saleable condition/ transit damage, etc. if your order has not been delivered within 10 days of placing the order, it will be automatically canceled.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
Only those products will be eligible for return policies that are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
